I highly recommend! Both the float experience and the venue! Spotlessly clean and very friendly. I’d love to explain the float experience itself and do It justice but it’s one of those things you just have to try yourself.I will defiantly be back soon !

A huge thankyou to the lovely ladies Donna and Susan at Reset Float Centre, I was lucky to win a Flotation experience and talked my partner in to having one also. Right from when we arrived we were met with genuine warmth and the desire to ensure we got the most from our session. The facilities are immaculate and everything you could need is at your fingertips. I always wanted to try this therapy having a raft of health issues and heating such good things about the benefits. Imagine, pitch pitch black ( or coloured lights ) total silence ( or soft music) a whole hour of floating weightless in the pod. I have to say after the experience it felt incredible , it’s like your mind gets a spring clean and you feel super relaxed and calm. We both had the best sleep ever , John actually couldnt wait till bedtime and slept as soon as we got home 🙈. I highly recommend Reset Float centre, not only for the health benefits felt but it’s so important we support these small businesses especially in this current climate.

Absolutely fantastic experience !!From start to finish my whole experience with Reset Float Centre has been such a pleasure ✨️ Booking online and setting up and account was super simple, plus i got a reminder text. Donna was so welcoming, and explained how to make the most of my float really clearly. Everything is very clean, tidy and calming.I have chronic illnesses, including Functional Neurological Disorder & Fibromyalgia, and have researched the science behind this therapeutic technique well. Never mind the ongoing long-term benefits ... I can't even begin to describe how amazing it felt just to have reduced pain from floating weightlessly 🫶 I will definitely be making flat sessions part of my regular rehabilitation therapy.Thank you so much ❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎

Had my first float at Res(e)t float centre on Fri 26th July and loved it! Susan was so warm and welcoming and took us through the facilities advising us on the best way to use the pods. Having your own room with shower and float pod is great and the pod itself is much more spacious than imagined so no feeling of claustrophobia. The float is so relaxing and enjoyable with various options of sound and lights. The weightlessness and relaxation is amazing and even a day later I feel relaxed and my skin feels amazing. The centre is absolutely spotless and they’ve really thought of everything like having a hair drying room for when the float is over. Book it, you won’t regret it!

I had a session yesterday and it was amazing! The salon is spotlessly clean and welcoming, I spoke with one of the owners who was so lovely and explained everything to me in detail. The room was immaculate - lovely vibes and that’s before I even got into the pod.The actual session itself is 1 hour - I chose to have music in the first and last ten minutes only, and only had the lights on at the start and end too. At first I was a bit unsure what to do, but once I relaxed and started to enjoy it I didn’t want to come out! I couldn’t believe how soothing it was, I absolutely loved it.This was a brilliant experience - I will definitely be returning!

Last Friday I was lucky enough to visit reset float centre. I had never been to a float centre before so wasn’t sure what to expect but Donna was very welcoming and explained the whole process to me. You get your own private room with the pod and a shower to rinse off before and after, everything was spotless. It was so relaxing in the pod and I chose to listen to calming music whilst in there, you can also choose to have no music and can turn the pod lights off if you wish. I was able to do some rehab exercises whilst floating and also able to clear my mind. When I had finished there was a lovely room to dry your hair, it also had complimentary deodorants and perfumes. I then went to reception where a glass of gold water was waiting for me along with a choice of sweets. Overall a lovely experience and definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of trying it.

Amazing…….. don’t even come closePlace is spotless and pod was beyond fantastic, Stress levels through the roof before going in. I chose no music or lights just the darkness and my god it was good.Strange to begin with but before I knew it my time was up and that’s the worst part having to leave. Now as writing this in car park I fell totally relaxed, chilled and a new person.Donna is the most accommodating friendly woman I’ve ever met. I was late and she was like it’s totally fine we will make it work. Cheerful, welcoming and made you fell at ease from second I walked in.

Sports Therapy

Athletes routinely push themselves to the limit day after day to achieve their fitness goals. This can lead to physical injury and mental exhaustion. Floating can improve focus, concentration as well as significantly shortening recovery time from injury or training.

Relaxation

In your own silent sanctuary anxieties and stresses are able to simply drift away. During floating, levels of the stress hormone –  cortisol drop, while the feel-good hormones rise. Eliminating your sensory overload allows your brain to drift into the half-awake, half dreaming state –  enabling a true physical and mental relaxation.

Stress

Stressful situations that happen daily in the forms of family conflicts, work issues, deadlines, too many extracurriculars, homework, and financial troubles can actually become some of the main reasons for a wide variety of ailments that slow us down.
